In Partnership

Lacey Simmons has a core belief that there should an adequate supply of rented homes, and affordable housing for those who wish to buy. We have been working with many Local Authorities and Housing Associations to provide part ownership, special needs and affordable housing of all tenures for the past thirty years.

That experience and knowledge is essential to ensure that new development proposals can move smoothly through the planning process. The fast-changing requirements to reduce carbon emissions demands a whole range of new, specialist construction technology, Lacey Simmons has already incorporated a number of innovative solutions into their new homes. That understanding enables us to provide practical solutions to achieve environmentally friendly homes .

The bedrock of the company's successful performance in this field is its proven team of designers who create developments that integrate into the street scene, construction staff who produce a quality product on budget and on time and an organisation that has the resources to provide an efficient maintenance service after occupation.

Lacey Simmons has earned a reputation for reliability and competitiveness, having successfully undertaken many new build and refurbishment schemes throughout the South East, that status has resulted in the company winning many repeat orders and awards
