Before you complete your purchase, you will be invited to inspect your new home, which will also provide an opportunity for our staff to explain the operation of the heating system, fixtures and appliances to ensure you are familiar with their operation.
At legal completion you will be provided with a comprehensive manual which contains the manufacturers guarantees, local information and contact details for the dedicated Lacey Simmons Customer Care Service.
The relevant NHBC warranty, or comparable guarantee is applicable to every Lacey Simmons home, a comprehensive guide explaining the cover will be supplied with your New Home Manual.
We will write to you six months after you have moved in, to ask if there are any problems requiring our attention, if there are, our Customer Care Service Department is on hand to offer you the necessary help and guidance.
Finally, you will receive a telephone call from In-House Research, an independent organisation, who will ask your opinion of the service you have received during the course of your purchase, we hope you have the time to provide that information as your response will help us to make the difference that has earned us our reputation.
